Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Builder Edze, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are needed.
Service Cancellation:
  • If you wish to cancel our services, please contact us within 7 days of signing the service agreement.
  • Cancellations after this period may incur a processing fee.
Refund Policy:
  • Refunds will only be issued if the service has not commenced or if there is a service failure on our part.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service start date.
Non-Refundable Services:
  • Any work that has already been completed or contracts signed with third-party vendors are non-refundable.
